Traditional Outdoor Recipes



Traditional outdoor recipes include anything and everything that you may wish to cook-up. 
Your pit or portable broiler/grill can be used for much more than just broiling frankfurters or hamburgers. Use it to prepare all sorts of succulent baked,boiled,braised, broiled and casserole dishes. 

Your broiler can easily be converted into an oven, by placing an oven rack on the broiler grill or by hanging one from your spit. Cover the broiler and you have an oven. After you have done this, try preparing one of my previously posted recipes.
Always remember, anything that can be cooked indoors can be prepared; and tastes just a little bit better, when it is all done,
 OUTDOORS.
All that  is needed is for you to forget all that you ever learned about outdoor cooking necessarily having anything to do with barbecue.
