Beets in Wine



Heat 2 Tbsps. butter, ¼ cup dry red wine, 3 Tbsps. honey, ¼ tsp. ground cloves, ½ tsp. grated orange rind. Add 1 can (1 lb.) tiny beets, drained; heat then let stand in a warm place 15 minutes to blend flavours. Makes 4 servings.
