Chilli-Stewed Fresh Tomatoes
Chilli-Stewed Fresh Tomatoes
Peel, and cut up 6 tomatoes. Simmer with ¾ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. chilli powder, and 2 tsp. sugar in covered pan 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
