Fried Ripe Tomatoes
6 Tomatoes
Bread Crumbs
Salt and pepper
Select firm, ripe tomatoes, wash them and cut in
half-inch slices without removing the skins. Season, with
the fine crumbs and
sauté in hot fat. Serve hot.
Fried Green
Tomatoes
Follow the above recipe, but use green instead of ripe
tomatoes.
