Spanish Potatoes


Spanish Potatoes

2 Tbsps. minced onion   
2 cups cold boiled potatoes, diced
2 Tbsps. diced green pepper    
½ cup cold cooked ham, diced
2 Tbsps. diced pimiento
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsps. oil or cooking fat
½ tsp. paprika
Sauté the onion, pepper and pimento in the fat until light brown, add the diced potatoes, the diced ham and seasonings and cook until thoroughly heated through.
