Norwegian Creamed Cabbage



Cook 1 quart finely shredded cabbage in boiling, salted water, barely to cover, 5 minutes. Drain. Add ½ cup sour cream, ½ tsp. caraway seed, and salt and pepper. Cook in top of double boiler over boiling water 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
