Broccoli Spanish Style



Cook 2 boxes frozen broccoli spears until barely tender. While still warm, dress with the following: Mix ¼ cup each olive oil and lemon juice, 1 crushed clove garlic, ½ tsp. salt, and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Sieve 1 hard-cooked egg yolk over top, and garnish with strips of pimento. Serves 4.
