Chicken, Bacon-Fried


Chicken, Bacon-Fried  
            Instructions
          1. Dredge 1, cut up, frying chicken, in 1/4 cup seasoned      flour.
2. Spread 1/4 pound of bacon, minced, over the bottom of cold skillet.
            3. Arrange chicken on top. Do not cover.
4. Cook very slowly 50 minutes, or until tender, turning chicken as it browns. Serves 4.
