Vegetable Medley


         

Cut 2 peeled carrots in small chunks. Put in saucepan with ¼ pound green beans, cut, and 1 box frozen baby Lima beans. Add small amount boiling water, and ½ sp. Salt. Cover, and cook until vegetables are tender. Ten minutes before vegetables are done, add 1 sliced small summer squash, and 4 sliced green onions. Cover, and cook 10 minutes. Drain and season with butter, salt, and pepper. Makes 4 to 6 serving.
