Panned Garden Greens



Cook 2 quarts finely diced beet or turnip tops, cabbage, escarole, romaine, lettuce, spinach, chard, or mustard greens quickly in 2 Tbsps. bacon fat or butter in large heavy saucepan 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Season. Makes 4 servings.
