Curried Peas and Onions.


Cook 1 box frozen peas as directed on the package. Drain off all but about 1 Tbsp. liquid. Add 1 can (1 lb.) onions drained 3 Tbsps. butter, and 1 tsp. curry powder. Heat, stirring lightly once or twice. Season. Makes 4 to6 servings.
