CHICKEN-PIQUANT


  The chicken is baked with meatless spaghetti sauce and sherry
          1                 frying chicken, cut up
                             Salt and pepper
                             Fine dry bread crumbs
          3 Tbsp.        butter
          1 can          (8 oz.) meatless spaghetti sauce
          1/2 cup       sherry
            1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; roll in crumbs.
            2. Brown in butter. Put in 2 quart casserole.
            3. Mix spaghetti sauce and sherry; pour over chicken
4. Cover; bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees f., 50 minutes, or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
