Cauliflower with Cheese



1 large head cauliflower
½ cup shredded process cheese
2 Tbsps. melted butter
            Paprika
Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, and put in serving dish. Pour over melted butter; sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
