Basic Bread and Sausage Stuffing:



1/2 lb.                  sausage meat
2 cups                             dried bread crumbs
                             Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp.                  onion juice
1 Tbsp.                  minced parsley
Mix sausage and crumbs, then add seasoning. Makes 3 cups.
