Baked Stuffed Mushrooms


Remove stems from 1 pound large mushrooms. Wash and dry caps. Wash stems and dice. Dice 3 slices bacon, and cook with mushroom stems and 2 Tbsp. diced green pepper. Add a Tbsp. instant minced onion, 1 crumbled slice bread, ½ tsp. seasoned salt, Stuff mushroom caps. Put in shallow baking dish, brush with vegetable oil, and add small amount of water. Bake in moderate oven, 375 F., about 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
