CHICKEN-ROAST HALF



 Arrange stuffing in outline of chicken in bottom of greased shallow pan. Press chicken, cut side down, on stuffing. Brush with melted fat. Roast at 350 degrees F. 40 to 45 minutes.
Remember, no roast,
of any kind,
is EVER
 cooked in a covered pan
