Spanish Rice Mix


2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup dried sweet red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp. saffron (optional)
Combine the ingredients divide into four plastic packages; store in an airtight container; label with instructions:
Add 1 pkg. to cooking water (or stock) for raw (not instant) rice, per 1 cup.
Serve with beef stew or pork chops.
