1/4 cup ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup ginger
2 Tbsp. allspice
1 Tbsp. cloves
Combine and stir well; store in air tight plastic bags. Label with the following information:
To every 2 cups flour
Add for Gingerbread 2 Tbsp.
Add for Ginger Cookies 1 tsp.
Sprinkle Gingerbread Spice on baked squash, apple-sauce.
