3- 1/2 cups flour
1- 1/3 cups crushed corn flakes or yellow corn meal
2 Tbsp. chilli powder
4 tsp. seasoned salt

Caraway or ground allspice for Pork
Basil or Rosemary for Veal
Dip the food into buttermilk milk; shake one piece at a time in a bag with the mix. Use greased pans.
