4 Tbsp. chicken concentrate
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried tarragon
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Combine the ingredients; divide into four plastic packages; store in an airtight container; label with instructions;
Add 1 pkg. to cooking water (or stock) for raw (not instant) rice), per 1 cup.
Serve with chicken, veal stew.
