Bake-On Crumb Coating Mix


4 cups fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup oil
Combine all ingredients; mix with a pastry blender or fork. Label:
To use: Add seasoning:
Savoury or poultry seasoning for Fowl
Thyme or fennel for Fish
Caraway or ground allspice for Pork
Basil or rosemary for Veal
Dip the food into water or milk; shake one piece at a time in a bag with the mix. Pans do not have to be greased.
