Beef Rice Mix

1/4 cup beef concentrate

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. thyme

1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper

Combine the ingredients; divide into four packages; store in airtight container; label with instructions:

Add 1 pkg. to the water in which to bake or steam raw rice, per 1 cup.

Serve with braised beef.
