Cake Spice Mix

1/4 cup ground cinnamon

1 1/2 Tbsp. cloves

2 Tbsp. allspice

2 Tbsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. cardamom

Combine and stir well; store in airtight plastic bags; label with the following information.

To every 2 cups flour:

Add for Spice Cake

Oatmeal Cake 2-3 tsp.

Add for Hermits 1-2 tsp.

Add for Fruit Cake 2 Tbsp.
