Potato Bread



          Potato Bread
          1 pkg.fast acting yeast
         1 cup hot water
        1 1/2 tsp.salt
       1 Tbsp.sugar
      1 Tbsp.shortening
      2 cups mashed potato
     4 cups flour (enough to make                                                                             medium dough)
            Follow instant method. Bake as for standard white bread.
