Swedish Caraway Bread
                             1 pkg.                    fast acting yeast
                             1 cup                    rye flour
                             5-6 cups               white flour
                             1 Tbsp.                  caraway seeds
                             1/2 cup                 brown sugar
                             1 Tbsp.                  shortening
                             2 Tbsps.                salt
                             2 cups                   water
            Follow Instant Method. Bake the loaves in a moderate oven (350 F. for 40 -50 minutes, or until they test done and the tops are well browned. Cool before slicing.
