Stuffing, Celery:



2 Tbsps. butter
2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 cups finely diced celery
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Melt butter, add crumbs, and mix well. Add celery, salt, and pepper. Makes 4 cups.
