Fried Summer Squash and Onions
Wash and dice 2 pounds summer squash. Put in skillet with 3 thinly sliced onions, 3Tbsps. butter or margarine, ½ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper. Cover, and cook 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
