Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs flank steak
1/4 tsp paprika
Flour
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. fat
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 cups hot water
Method:
Cut steak in strips across the grain. Roll in flour; brown meat and onion in hot fat. Stir in 2 Tbsp. flour and seasonings. Add remaining ingredients; cover, and simmer 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Good with rice, noodles, or mashed potato. Makes 4 servings.
