Stuffing, Cracker Crumb:



When this stuffing is used, a greater allowance than usual must be made for swelling.
2 Tbsps.                  butter
1 cup                    cracker crumbs
1/4 cup                 boiling water
1/8 tsp.                 pepper
1/4 tsp.                 salt
1/4 tsp.                 poultry seasoning
1. Melt butter and mix with crumbs.
2. Add water and seasoning.
Makes 1 cup.
